Oversee tidiness and 5S program in the Test Room and perform 5S audits.Plan and sequence testing activities effectively to optimize resource alignment.Manage comprehensive test protocols to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with customers and project teams to define complex testing requirements.Establish and monitor Test Room KPIs to drive process enhancements. Collect and organize Test Room processes to create a comprehensive test portfolio.Develop strategic plans for equipment enhancements to improve testing capabilities. Oversee training and development of Test Room staff in protocols and regulations.Monitor testing performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate on comprehensive failure analyses to identify root causes of product issues.Responsible to ensure compliance with aplicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelinesManagers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your BackgroundDegree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing operations or quality management within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in testing protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate test results and performance metrics.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.More About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
