The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the packaging, FMCG, or related industries, with a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills. You will be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. What you will do Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing trust and transparency. Sales Execution:
Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals across the full sales cycle. Account Growth: Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling across the TP portfolio. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, especially in sustainable packaging, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with cultural sensitivity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development. Quick to grasp technical product details and translate them for clients. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to diagnose client challenges and propose tailored solutions. Profile description: We believe you have 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, FMCG, or related sectors. Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and how packaging integrates into them. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. Understanding of global and regional packaging trends, especially in sustainability Fluency in English and Russian, both in writing and speaking, Kazakh laguage knowledge is considered as an advantage. Ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Ability to understand international logistics and cross-border sales. Familiarity with Proc CE and FM CE portfolios. Ability to lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects.
