Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies specific to the Thai market and other Southeast Asian regions, aligning with the company’s regional business needs.Manage the full recruitment process from job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, salary negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with local labor laws.Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and meet the unique talent needs of different business units within Thailand and Southeast Asia.Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including local job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, talent pools, and networking in the Southeast Asian market.Maintain and expand recruitment channels and partner networks within Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines.Track recruitment data and key metrics, providing reports and updates to senior management on hiring progress and challenges, ensuring visibility and transparency.Provide insights on local market trends, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment best practices to inform talent strategies for Southeast Asia.Ensure compliance with Thailand’s labor laws, company policies, and organizational culture during recruitment activities, maintaining high standards of ethical conduct.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the Fintech, Forex, or Web3 industry is a plus, with knowledge of the specific talent needs within these industries in Thailand and the region.Proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques, with a strong ability to assess candidates across various roles and functional areas, ensuring a high level of efficiency.Strong cross-cultural communication skills, including fluency in both English and Thai, and the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with local and international candidates.Strong analytical abilities, capable of providing actionable insights based on recruitment data, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process efficiency.Team-oriented with a high level of responsibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to execution and problem-solving.Fluency in both English and Thai is essential, Mandarin speaker is a plus.
