Previous barista experience preferred but not required—training will be provided to the right candidate. A love for the craft and a desire to learn and improve continuously. Responsibilities: Greet customers and maintain a vibrant coffee shop atmospherePrepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (from espresso to cold brew) & food items with care and precision. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create memorable coffee experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining areas. Manage stock levels of coffee beans and other ingredients, recording, reporting & replenishing stock & items.

Updating signage & displays to attract customersAdhering to all food safety regulations and quality controlsAssist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Promote products and services and contribute to digital footprint.
