Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of general engineering construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and maintain practical project schedules and budgets. Interface directly with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and schedule. Track and approve project costs, invoices, and change orders. Review and interpret plans, specifications, soils reports, and other critical project documents.

Administer contracts and ensure that change orders and scope adjustments are handled appropriately. Oversee communication between internal teams, architects, and engineers to ensure project success. Anticipate and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track and aligned with goals. Qualifications10+ years of experience in general engineering construction, with 5+ Years in a senior project management level. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Experience using Procore and Primavera scheduling software. Deep understanding of construction means and methods, materials, and safety protocols. Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex construction documents.
