Position overviewThe CAPEX Senior Analyst serves as the external face of OneSource for Global CAPEX stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, overseeing the transition of internal and external processes, and ensuring robust fixed asset management. The analyst will lead project creation, tracking, and governance, while driving process harmonization and delivering actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management & PartnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with finance leaders and cross-functional teams across all regions and functions. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for CAPEX-related matters.
End-to-End Project Development & OptimizationLead possible transitions and integration of CAPEX internal and external processes across regions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Identify and implement improvements in Ways of Working (WoW) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Financial ManagementOversee the lifecycle of capital projects, including creation, tracking, and cost control. Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and accurate cost recording. Financial Reporting & AnalysisManage the asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and write-offs. Provide descriptive analytics and visualizations to support decision-making. Process Harmonization & Continuous ImprovementStandardize CAPEX processes across regions and functions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies. Support audits and compliance reviews as needed. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related function. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting systems (SAP preferred). Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
