For more information, visit www. every. com About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst to join our Manufacturing team. This role will support the manufacturing and logistics function working closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), helping to manage internal operations, and support the commercial team to ensure seamless product flow, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience looking to deepen their impact across the supply chain lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll accomplishCoordinate shipments to and from CMOs and third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely pickup, delivery, and documentationSupport monthly reporting by tracking freight costsCollaborate with the commercial team to support customer order fulfillment and ensure a smooth delivery experienceTrack order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal stakeholdersAssist with inventory audits, goods receipts, and shipping documentationIdentify and help resolve issues or inefficiencies in the logistics workflowEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems and documentationWhat you bring:
