Shift Supervisor

Job DescriptionAssists Manager by assigning the work to maintenance employees. Performs multiple, technical and non-technical tasks and may need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions and assignments. Inspects work for completeness and accuracy according to plans, purposes, etc. Determines material, equipment and parts to be used. Initiates purchase requisitions and daily reports. Responsible for keeping and documenting routine records using Microsoft office. Keeps the Manager Maintenance informed of all issues and concerns.

Coordinates and installs, inspects, repairs and ensures the maintenance of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, HVAC and other related systems in all department areas. Coordinates or inspects, operates and ensures the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system) in all departments and areas are maintained. Conducts general repairs such as painting, patching walls and security hardware (Locks). Under the direction of Manager Maintenance, helps to coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities. Attends and satisfactorily completes all training as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Note:
