In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department and upholding The iNUA Collection Yes I Can! service philosophy. Responsibilities:
Support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Prepare and distribute room assignment lists, housekeeping schedules, and linen requirements. Liaise with the Front Desk regarding room status, guest requests, and special needs. Conduct room inspections and address any discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly. Manage housekeeping team members, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Maintain accurate records and reports related to room status, housekeeping supplies, and guest requests. Uphold company policies regarding staff conduct, hygiene, and uniform standards. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in a hotel management system (e. g. , OPERA) is a plus. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality. Benefits: Competitive salary.
