Then we might have the perfect student job for you!We’re looking for a Student worker (15–20 hours/week) to join our Employee Benefits and Wellbeing team, where we bring to life employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to support an even better employee experience. Core ResponsibilitiesAs our new student worker, you’ll support the team in both daily operations, managing our employee benefits as well as in different projects. This includesHelping manage and communicate employee benefits (pension, health, insurance, etc.

)Supporting the rollout of benefit and wellbeing activities like internal campaigns, webinars, and eventsPreparing presentations and communication materialsConducting research on best practices and contributing to a data driven approach and mindsetAssisting with project coordination and follow-up tasks across teamsSupport project coordination and collaboration across departmentsPlay your part in our team succeedingThe Benefits and Wellbeing team based in Billund is part of the People, Places and Culture team set in the world to deliver the benefit and wellbeing initiatives offered at our HQ in Denmark and our sales offices in Northern Europe.

The team consist of both benefit and wellbeing managers as well as social workers and in-house psychologist, who collectively leads the tactical and operational work to bring this specific side of the employee experience to life for more than 6000 colleagues each day. “We don’t just talk about employee experience - we make it happen. From delivering processes that enables the wellbeing of our colleagues to improving and communicating our benefits, everything we do makes a visible difference for our colleagues.
