We look forward to your interest. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People and Culture Generalist to join our team. Someone who possesses a strong foundation in all aspects of human resources and a passion for employee development.

While this is a generalist role, the ideal candidate will bring particular expertise in learning, coaching, and creating engaging development programs across various formats. The role will support the full HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee relations, while designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that build capability and strengthen our culture of continuous development. Key Responsibilities: Generalist HR ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex People and Culture matters, including organizational design, leadership coaching, team effectiveness, and change management.

Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Leverage HR data and analytics to influence decision-making, identify trends, and inform strategies around engagement, retention, and development. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives. Learning, Coaching & Development FocusDesign and deliver learning and development programs, both in-person and digitally, tailored to diverse learning styles and business needs. Develop content in multiple formats, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, video tutorials, and coaching guides. Facilitate employee and manager training on topics such as communication, leadership, performance conversations, and career growth.

Serve as an internal coach to employees and managers to foster personal and professional development. Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps and create targeted learning roadmaps. Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity, with a strong focus on learning and development. Experience designing and delivering training content across various formats (e. g. , e-learning, workshops, microlearning). Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with learning technologies (e. g.

, LMS platforms, digital authoring tools) is a strong asset. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
