We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and brilliant General Manager to take the reins and turn The Merribee into one of the the best Luxe Wedding Destination Venue and hotel NSW has to offer. About the roleGeneral Manager As THE head executive team leader, you will oversee ALL daily operations. We are looking for the best of the best, someone with vision, with passion and drive, who can think fast, solve problems and run a team.
Experience in running a wedding destination venue, hotel accomodation facility with food and beverage, and preferable with function experience is a bonus - weddings are a huge part of our operation. You will report directly to the company Chief Operating Office and you will personally oversee all divisons across the entire operation including: Office, F&B team, Housekeeping, Estates and Grounds, Weddings and Functions, Admin, maintenance, IT, marketing etc.
You will work on site, located in the Numbba, Shoalhaven NSW and be very hands on and directly manager the team daily, leading with a hands-on approach and driving the occupancy, growth and profits. As General Manager, you'll proudly take the keys and manage the daily hotel and wedding operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the safeguard of the brand and its assets. We need a one of kind, experienced, original-thinking and just generally incredible General Manager to come on board and help us manage this venue into something truly remarkable.
