Job SummaryTo provide administrative/secretarial duties for the Food Outlets, General Manager and all other Coordinators of the Supermarket. Primary ResponsibilitiesHandle and assist with procurements for the Food Outlets and Bakery Departments. Complete weekly rostering and coordination of resources for the Food Outlets. Preparation of monthly stock reports for Food Outlets, including but not limited to the stock corrections and adjustments. Liaison with suppliers and the timely coordination of raw materials and inventory for the food outlets and other support departments of the supermarket. Negotiate with suppliers of the food outlets for better pricing etc.
Manage the Loyalty Program and Kids Club Programs. Provide personal assistant to the General Manager. Responding to emails and phone calls etc. Collection of monthly store specials from the department Coordinators and in preparation for our Social Media platforms. Prepares special exercises and reportsPrepares the weekly payroll for food outlets and bakery and other support units. Provides back up assistance on the front-end in the absence of other Coordinators. Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time that may be required for the enhancement of the supermarket operations.
