About the RoleAs Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our end-to-end supply chain operations across Europe. This includes operative materials purchasing, planning, production, logistics, warehousing, sales & operations planning (S&OP), order intake, and customer service across multiple sites.
You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and sustainability teams to build a resilient, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain that drives our mission forward. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Supply Chain functions: Operative materials Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, and Manufacturing CoordinationDesign and implement a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all business units and sitesOwn and optimize the Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process, including order intake and customer service, ensuring seamless execution and high service levelsBuild an agile and resilient supply network that supports growth and innovationOptimize sourcing of key raw materials (e. g.
regional, non-GMO soybeans) and packagingAlign production and inventory planning with commercial forecasts and market dynamicsEvaluate and manage external service providers and 3PLsImplement and improve ERP, demand planning, and supply chain visibility toolsEnsure compliance with quality, food safety, and sustainability standards (e. g.
IFS, Donau Soja, HACCP)Act as a key interface between Operations, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Executive ManagementYour ProfileUniversity degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Business, or a related fieldStrong background in end-to-end supply chain processes including S&OP, order management, and customer serviceDeep understanding of production logistics, procurement, planning, and international distributionStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilitySkilled in using ERP and supply chain planning toolsExperience in leading cross-functional and international teamsFluent in German, English, Slovak or Czech; additional European languages are a plusPassion for sustainability, food innovation, and plant-based productsWork ExperienceMinimum 7 years of professional experience in international supply chain management, ideally in the food or FMCG sectorPay range We offer a competitive gross annual salary of €100,000 plus bonus, with a willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
