TNB retail is rapidly growing with 12 stores and a focus on expansion. We're looking for a sharp, resourceful contract recruiter to help us build a strong pipeline of retail talent as we continue to grow. This is a part-time, contract-based role focused on finding and placing top-tier candidates for key store leadership and support roles—especially as we open new stores and backfill critical positions. At The Normal Brand, we're building teams of people who provide top-tier service by making people's days better—and who sell clothes by maximizing their potential.
We look for hungry, humble, and competitive people, and we need a recruiter who knows how to find them fast. Speed matters. We're looking for someone who can source quality candidates quickly, set up interviews fast, and keep momentum high from first contact to placement.
