We are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative responsible for sales activities within the german-speaking part of Switzerland.We offer you a position where you will develop processes and procedures, optimize customer-oriented processes with the aim to make them time-efficient. You will be responsible for clinical case support and aftercare for Essential Therapy Accounts and "Neuro Key Accounts" for approximately a 60% of your working time, expansion and further development of essential therapy accounts" for approximately a 25%, and internal administration for, approximately, a remnant 15%.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Monitor surgical procedures, with a focus on therapy within the field of neuromodulation, on a daily basis.Follow the programming of implants, instruction of devices and patient follow-up care in selected clinics.Provide expertise and technical support to doctors and medical staff.Plan and coordinate specific support, implement strategic measures, including preparation and realization of new products and new product launch.Increase the appreciation of our range of therapies, ensuring profitable growth in so doing.Cooperate with marketing, mainly regarding events with customers (training courses, symposia, customer education).Implement software updates on the programming devices, manage a CRM system (currently Salesforce Lightning) mainly aimed at customer data management.Cooperate with supporting team in administrative-operational tasks.Meet or exceed personal territory sales target and support team district sales targetPrepare sales forecasts, quotations and contracts, bill material consumption.Maintain our own inventory and customer consignment stock.Required Knowledge And ExperienceCompleted training and studies in the technical or medical fieldFluency in German and EnglishAvailability to travel for approximately a 75% of working time and commit to overnight shiftAvailability to move and travel within an area that comprehends Romandie and central SwitzerlandValid driving licenseExperience in tools for contract and quotation preparation, CRM systemsStrong communication skills tied to personal interaction and technical supportFlexibility, ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach and sales affinityStrong sense of duties and of responsibilityGood collaboration skills and integrity with a friendly, open and confident personalityPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
