You will be responsible for supporting Thin Film Equipment startup, maintenance and related activities to support daily production and achieve operation targets.What you will be working on:Support CVD equipment engineering related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectivesLead and Drive Continuous Improvement for Cost, Yield, Productivity, Uptime and Defense SystemsConstant review of line practices for continuous improvement and pre-emptive implementation of Defense systems to ensure no major eventsTool Ownership and accountability for Cost, Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management, Equipment Down Memo Reduction24/7 standby for adhoc tool issues and decision makingDaily updates in Production Meetings for Tool issues and Wafers ScrapChair discussions on troubleshooting and resolving of Equipment issues to support daily productionCoordinate New Equipment Startup and Relocation to support Production PlanParticipate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMsUpdate of OIs and SOPs to document best practicesPrepare and Handle Customer Audits and answerable for Fab 6s ActivitiesProvide Training Material and certification for new Engineers and PM crewProvide Good Leadership to the Equipment team to keep Attrition rate within ControlInvolve with Tech Transfer activities and co-work with Process Counter PartsLead/Participate in Cross Functional Activities to support company level projectLead in Transform Platform and generate LSS, BKMs and Trade Secrets for value creation for the companyMore About You:Master/Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics EngineeringMore than 2 year direct experience in CVD EquipmentIn-depth knowledge in Applied Materials Centura HDP UltimaBasic engineering knowledge, which should include at least two of the following: Theory of Semiconductor Physics/ Principles of Digital Electronics/ Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Processing/ Pump and Vacuum systems/ Electrical wiring systemsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsGood ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environmentClear and concise presentation skillsDetail-oriented with good problem solving skillsTeam PlayerPositive learning attitude with strong sense of responsibilityAble to take pressure under time-constrained situationsLeadership qualities such as supervisory, mentoring & coaching, motivating, developing othersSSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
