Our designers are passionate about kitchens and work closely with clients to create fully customized and functional designer kitchens that respect the client's wishes and budget.Role Summary The Vendor Relations & Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, managing, and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers — including stone top fabricators, appliance distributors, and sink & tap providers. This role ensures that all materials and products meet United Kitchens’ standards in quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with all third-party suppliers and service providers for stone tops, appliances, sinks, and taps.Continuously identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand our sourcing options and improve competitiveness.Review and verify technical specifications, dimensions, and drawings of supplied products to ensure compatibility with our kitchen systems and standards.Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal value for the company.Resolve quality or delivery issues in coordination with suppliers, internal operations, and installation teams.Conduct regular market research to stay informed of new materials, technologies, and trends in kitchen components.Collaborate closely with design, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely project execution.Maintain accurate supplier records, documentation, and performance evaluations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree Engineering (preferred).Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.Excellent negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.Fluent in Arabic and English.Strong technical understanding of product measurements and finishes.
