Job Responsibilities: Expertise in systems architecture and development of application integration solutions using TIBCO Suite of productsInvolve in Estimation, Design approach, Coverage, Alternate approaches, Usage of Design patternsInstruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analystsReview and tracking of technical issues pertaining to the implementationDesigning the deployment strategy for complex, high volume, event- driven TIBCO infrastructure solutionsCoach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development.Assists with evaluation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), project estimation and engages in solution innovations.Assist Sales team on calls with customers with demos and POCs.Manage team in on-site / off-shore model.Qualifications: 9+ years of professional experienceExperience in designing integration solutions using various approaches such as Microservices, messaging, queuing, API management and patterns, etc.Knowledge of modern IT concepts such as Big Data, Cloud and MicroservicesCommunication skills to explain complex and sometimes technical topics to both business & IT stakeholdersHave excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with leadership capabilityPractical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
