The Atlanta Braves and Truist Park Ticket Operations manages the entire ticketing process from event build and sales, to distribution, to customer support and data analysis. Along with Major League Baseball and other internal departments, as well as outside stakeholders like Ticketmaster and LiveNation, we leverage industry leading technology to ensure a seamless experience for fans.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Assist in managing the Accessible Services phone line and emailServe as liaison between Ticket Sales and Service department and Ticket Office with payments and ticketing issues that may ariseRespond to telephone and e-mail requests regarding tickets from all staff in a professional and timely mannerAssist with verifying ticket orders as well as filing orders when completedProcess and ship mail orders using UPS and FedEx softwareAssist full-time staff with game day operations in the Ticket OfficeContribute as a team member to the overall success of the Atlanta Braves Ticket Operations DepartmentAbility to adapt to a team player environmentPerforms all other related duties as assignedTRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the companyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Customer service orientedExcellent executive presenceMust complete a background checkADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: One year experience in the computerized ticketing industry or related field preferredAbility to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidaysSelf-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility including confidentiality, sense of urgency, and accountabilityProactive, organized and detail-oriented person who can prioritize their workload and follow through with minimal supervisionFlexibility and enthusiasm in attitude and approachKnowledge of principles and practices of cashier and accounting proceduresArchtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems preferred, but not required.
