The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, booking flights, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting clients on travel plans, coordinating with travel suppliers, processing bookings, and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and up to date. Job Description • Specialized in Aviation• Handles all travel related requests from booking and issuing air tickets, hotel bookings and travel insurance. • Preparing visa documentation for the walk-in and corporates. • Maintain and extend company service standards for client satisfaction. • Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing efficient and effective solutions. Job Requirements Languages: French- Fluent.
