Recognized for innovation and customer focus, they seek a seasoned manager to lead end-to-end flight ticketing and hotel reservations, optimize supplier relations, and ensure flawless, compliant operations with Amadeus (GDS) at the core.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the ticketing & reservations function (air & hotel) with strict SLA/quality control.Oversee accurate ticket issuing, reissues/refunds, queue management, and ADM avoidance on Amadeus.Manage hotel contracting coordination (rates, allotments, stop-sales) with global partners/bedbanks.Build competitive quotes for FIT/GIT, groups, MICE, and charter programs.Develop SOPs, reporting dashboards, and contingency plans for disruptions/overbooking.Coach and performance-manage the reservations/ticketing team; coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Ops.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years in Travel & Tourism with proven leadership in ticketing/reservations and supplier coordination. Skills:Expert Amadeus (GDS) user (pricing, reissue/refund, RBDs, EMD, queues).Strong supplier negotiation and hotel inventory management (FIT/GIT, allotments).Data-driven judgment, crisis handling, and stakeholder communication (Arabic & English). Certifications (if any): IATA/UFTAA or equivalent is a plus.Job ConditionsLocation: El-Sheikh Zayed City, Giza. Work Mode: On-site. Employment Type: Full-time (Managerial). Working Hours: 10:00–19:00, 2 days off weekly.
