What does the job look like?The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to: Design and update job descriptions with line managers; standardize roles across offices. Source local and international candidates via job boards, social media, and agencies. Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fit. Promote open roles and support employer branding initiatives. Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure strong candidate communication. Support onboarding/offboarding in line with HR policies and legal requirements. Manage agency relationships and vendor contracts. Lead executive searches and headhunting for senior roles. Drive recruitment strategies for international IT hub expansions.

What will you need to be able to do the job?3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally inFX, IT, or Gaming industries. Experience in hiring forBusiness Development, Marketing, and IT rolesacross multiple regions. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
