We are looking for applicants who are pursuing a career in the retirement plan administration industry. Educational backgrounds in mathematics, finance or economics a plus, but not required. The person must have a cheery, hardy, up-beat attitude with plenty of enthusiasm to learn new tasks. Experience in the Retirement Industry is a plus!BA, BS or AA preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively (clear, concise and professionally).
Excellent presentation skills, business etiquette, client service skills and time management. Demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel required. Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. Ability to work in a team environment to ensure common goal of providing exceptional client service. Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment. Quality focus with attention to detail. Handle other essential tasks as assigned. The candidate evaluation process will consist of a job application, then a teleconference and an in-office interview.
