With Us You Will Be Responsible ForSupporting end users and solve incident tickets and service requests regarding TERP (Tietoevry Enterprise Resource Planning) and different applicationsAssigning incident to responsible support groups (functional escalation) Actively following the progress of the incident and problem solving statusCooperating with 3rd level support expertsProactively identifying and suggesting improvement needs based on user requests and incident ticketsActively participating in trainings and maintaining training materialParticipating in application testing and developmentWe Expect You HaveBachelor`s degree in relevant field Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)Knowledge of ERP modules and applications will be seen as advantageGeneral technical competence will be seen as advantageExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsHigh customer service skillsHigh sense of responsibility and willingness to learn gain new knowledgePositive attitude and capability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesWe OfferWorking experience on an international level in a leading global IT company Professional and personal development opportunities, growth opportunities Modern office environment in the new office premises VERDE Flexible working hours and hybrid work modelCompetitive remuneration from 1600 - 1900 EUR monthly/gross* and benefits package (Premium health insurance which covers sports, dentistry, massages, medical treatments, etc.
