Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)Requirement :- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.- At least 2-3 years experience in live commerce, social media, e-commerce or digital marketing.- Strong project management and cross-team coordination ability.- Logical thinker with strong execution and decision-making skills.- Fluent communication in English and Mandarin is compulsory.- Have experience in launching brands from scratch or managing integrated campaigns is a bonus.Job Scope :- Lead end-to-end e-commerce projects, from strategy to execution.- Coordinate cross-functional teams (live ops, video, ads) for seamless execution.- Communicate directly with clients, providing performance reports and strategic recommendations.- Plan and execute live broadcasts, including scripting, product selection, and real-time engagement.- Analyze live stream performance and optimize strategies.- Train and coach live hosts on sales techniques, product knowledge, and audience interaction.- Oversee short video content production to support live sales.- Oversee advertisement team to align campaigns with live stream & sales targets.- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets based on performance data.Company Name : Flash Commerce (M) Sdn.
