The company offers a range of professional services including Architectural 2D shop drawings, 3D BIM Modeling, floor plan renderings, full renderings with virtual fly-throughs, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Quality Control both on and off sites. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Stone Tiling CAD Team Leader. The team leader will oversee the development and execution of CAD designs and plans for stone tiling projects. Daily tasks include managing a team of CAD professionals, coordinating with project managers, ensuring the accuracy of designs, handling client communications, and providing technical guidance on mosaic, ceramic, flooring, tiling, and marble projects. The role also involves quality assurance and adherence to project timelines. Qualifications Experience and skills in Mosaics, Ceramic, Flooring, Tiling, and MarbleProficiency in CAD software and designStrong team leadership and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in construction management or a related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
