Job Overview: As a Base Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that enhance customer retention and engagement. Provide insights to improve customer experience and reduce churn rates. Assist in the development of promotional offers, discounts, and rewards for loyal customers. Customer Advocacy & Feedback:
