Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate processing and recording of employee payroll, benefits, and tax information. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support for audit processes. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting with a focus on HR-related financial operations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
