Job Description
工作职责:根据公司规定和客户的要求，对所辖区内的电梯、扶梯进行日常保养。对维保电梯做及时的故障排除和维修。把维保情况及时地与客户、区域主管进行沟通，并填写保养报告。协助所辖电梯维保合同的洽谈及维保费用的催收。无驻场任务的，24小时待命提供急修服务，保持手机通讯正常。有驻场值班任务的，在客户要求值班区域自行安排保养急修工作与休息。遵守公司的安全操作规范。上级安排的其他任务。任职条件:教育程度：初中或以上学历工作经验：一年以上电梯从业经验为佳资质要求：特种设备操作证（T）
