Key responsibilities: Coordinate and follow up on training plans for sites/units going live. Manage logistical and operational aspects of training sessions (scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, reporting). Support preparation and distribution of training materials and documentation.
Assist in building and distributing organizational communications related to go-live activities. Maintain learning portal content and ensure materials are up to date. Serve as the contact person for employees, HR, and subject matter experts during the training phase. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Behavioral Sciences/Social Sciences – must. Administrative/operational experience – must. Experience in coordinating training/learning programs – advantage. High organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with multiple interfaces. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva – advantage.
