TOM Project Manager - Business Integration - Strategic Transformation . .Financial Services/Asset Mgt/Funds - Corporate RestructuresOffice 3 days per weekAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across a dynamic and growing organisation within the Financial Services / Funds industry.These high-impact roles offer the chance to manage the full project lifecycle—from concept to execution—on complex, enterprise-wide programs that drive operational excellence and business growth.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple interdependent projects - ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic roadmap. This role involves managing programme governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation and integration initiatives.We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in programme / project management – change management – enterprise transformation - Operating Models - Project planning and execution ( company-wide integration projects is a bonus), preferably in Financial Services.The ideal candidate will have:6+ years’ experience in project management, business transformation, or change management within financial services.Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise strategic projects.Strong Business Merger Integration experience - managing post-merger integrations, including people, processes, technology, and culture.Business Integration – Cultural Integrations - Operations, Technology, Change, HR Integration LeadershipResponsibilities include:Define and manage programme scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business strategy.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision-making, and manage expectations.Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, and organisational changes.Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
