With that in mind, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.Job DescriptionOur purpose is to help students deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, to qualify for the blessings of the temple, to prepare for missionary and Church service, and to build the kingdom of God.ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be to provide support to the school principal and team and with finance administrations, including purchasing, coding transactions and facilitate proper ordering of materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting school calendar, provide system support to teachers and school, including enrolling students into PowerSchool. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to build relationship and work together with priesthood leaders, parents and students.QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Temple-worthy and committed to upholding Church values and standards A certificate in Administration Assistant/ Office Management or related fields1-3 years’ experience in office support or clerical functions, including providing financial management support in a business settingProficient in database management software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of PowerSchool program and Atwork will be an advantageDemonstrated ability to organize work and track tasks to completionFluent in both English and Tongan (verbal and written)A valid driver’s license is requiredPolice Clearance Report is requiredNote: Only those with current legal authorisation to work in Tonga may apply for this position.
