About The RoleAs a UI/UX & Visual Designer, you will support the senior designer and wider creative team in crafting intuitive, aesthetically engaging user interfaces and digital assets. You'll gain experience across the entire design process—research, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping—while contributing to web projects, branded campaigns, and digital platforms. This is a growth role ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital design and a strong desire to develop into a well-rounded designer with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and confidence in delivering visually engaging work.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and usability principlesSupport the development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideasContribute to the creation of digital graphics, layouts, and visual assets for web campaigns, social media, and presentationsCollaborate with senior designers, marketers, and developers to support design projects from concept to executionParticipate in user research and usability testing with guidance from senior team membersStay up to date with design tools, UI/UX trends, and best practices to continue developing your skill setRequirements1-3 years of experience in UI/UX, digital, or visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, creativity, and attention to detailProficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or InVision is a plusBasic understanding of responsive design principles and how designs translate across devicesExperience in preparing visual assets for digital marketing (e.
