About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially sharp and impact-driven Investment Manager to join our Copenhagen-based team, with a dedicated focus on growth-stage investments in sustainable energy and industrials. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in identifying, executing, and managing investments in the next generation of Nordic climate and industrial tech champions. What You’ll DoSource and lead investments in late-stage venture and growth companies. Drive due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring. Actively support portfolio companies through board work and strategic input. Develop sector theses within clean energy, decarbonization, and industrial tech.
What We’re Looking For5-10 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in growth equity, late-stage VC, or PE. Background in IB, strategy consulting, or industry is a plus. Track record in executing transactions and/or supporting high-growth companies. Passion for sustainability and industrial innovation. Fluent in Danish and English.
