The RoleWe are looking to expand our team with the hire of both an Associate Director and a Director to play a key role in executing and originating M&A and broader corporate finance mandates. Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Director / Director, you will:
Lead the execution of M&A transactions from start to finish, including valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and documentationManage and mentor junior team membersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholdersSupport business development activities, including origination of new mandates, preparation of pitch materials, and sector/market analysisCollaborate with international teams and partners when applicableYour ProfileWe are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial professionals with a strong M&A background and a genuine interest in advising companies across diverse industries. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years (Associate Director) or 6 years (Director) of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance, preferably from an investment bank, advisory firm, or Big 4 TAS / CF teamProven track record of managing and executing M&A transactionsStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsCommercial mindset and ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholdersNative/fluent in Danish, with excellent communication skills in EnglishBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
