That's how we develop outstanding leaders who play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients, and for our communities.Your key responsibilities:Process leave applications and maintain the leaves systemProcess SPF personal loan and car loan applicationsPrepare charge letter/Letter of Authority (LOA) for hospitalizationPrepare payment request for hospital bills and professional fees, retainer clinic, and medical insurance premiumFile insurance claims in PhilCare Insurance for medical expenses of Partners and hospital expenses of staffHandle employee queries and requests concerning PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIRUpdate clearance database to reflect resigned employees unused vacation leave (VL) credits for reimbursement and medical advances related to hospital expensesProcess Partners and staff medical reimbursement and petty cash voucherHandle releasing of PhilCare Insurance checks and approved petty cash vouchersTo qualify for the role, you must have:A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any equivalent course—fresh graduates are encouraged to applyGood verbal and written English communication skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsAbility to demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all mattersSounds interesting?
