We stand for innovation, creativity, and excellence while also committing to meaningful social causes and civic initiatives.We’re looking for a Total Rewards Partner for Bulgaria and Croatia to join our HR leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience through total rewards including compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness.The Role in a Nutshell:As the Total Rewards Partner, you will own and drive the Total Rewards agenda at a country level. From ensuring compliance with Group standards and EU directives to shaping local strategies and managing external partners, you will be a key enabler of our talent attraction and retention efforts.Position’s Key Responsibilities:Design and implement country-specific Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / Total Rewards strategies aligned with business goals and Group principles.Ensure organizational taxonomy compliance and manage the job grading framework in alignment with the Group’s standards.Manage and analyze compensation data to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness, participate in market benchmarking, manage the annual performance bonus and salary review process.Lead preparation and compliance efforts related to the EU Directive on Equal Pay and Pay Transparency.Review and optimize the employee benefits portfolio, ensuring market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and alignment with the Group’s standards.Analyze and report HR data, ensure data accuracy and consistency. Build, deliver and interpret relevant reports.Partner with Finance to plan and manage staff cost, FTE budgeting, HR cost controlling and oversee the total rewards budget.Drive initiatives that support our ambition to become a Top Employer – lead the Total Rewards track of the certification process.Manage relationships with external vendors related to compensation, benefits, and wellbeing services.Design and promote wellbeing programs supporting holistic employee experience.Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures in the Total Rewards domain.What We Are Looking For:Proven experience (7+ years) in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar HR specialist role.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.Practical knowledge of job evaluation systems (e.g., Hay/Korn Ferry or Mercer).Knowledge of the EU Equal Pay and Pay Transparency DirectiveGood understanding of workforce management, budgeting and cost control processes.Strategic thinking with excellent analytical, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.Fluent in English, with proficient MS Office (mainly MS Excel) skills.What We Offer:A key strategic HR role with visible impact.An opportunity to lead exciting, high-impact projects in the Total Rewards space.A collaborative and international work environment.Professional development opportunities and access to international HR networks.Food vouchers.Medical insurance.Additional retirement benefits.Please note: We truly value every application, but only candidates shortlisted for the next stage will be contacted.
