We prioritize shared success and lasting client relationships.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Total Rewards Supervisor at Centro. The Total Rewards Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's employee benefits, compensation, and reward programs. They will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to rewards and benefits.Key Responsibilities: Compensation ManagementDesign and manage salary structures, job grading, and pay bands.Conduct regular compensation benchmarking against BPO market data.Lead the annual salary review, promotions, and variable pay planning cycles.Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Benefits AdministrationOversee employee benefits programs (medical insurance, life insurance, wellness, etc.).Review vendor contracts and negotiate to optimize benefit costs and coverage.Lead employee awareness campaigns and open enrollment periods.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.Incentives & RecognitionDesign and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs.Build performance-linked reward models for operations and support functions.Develop and implement recognition programs to boost employee engagement.HR Data & AnalyticsAnalyze pay, turnover, engagement, and productivity data to support decision-making.Create dashboards and reports on compensation metrics and ROI of rewards programs.Partner with HRBPs and Finance to model and forecast reward-related budgets.Policy Development & ComplianceDevelop, document, and regularly update total rewards policies and procedures.Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and legal standards.Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Operations, and Leadership on workforce cost planning.Provide guidance and training to managers on rewards, performance, and pay decisions. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR specialization is a plus).2–4 years of experience in compensation & benefits, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.Prior experience in a BPO, ITES, or high-headcount service industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Aon), and benefits design.Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
