This is an on-site position based in Bucharest, Romania, with a flexible schedule of approximately 4 to 10 working days per month. You will lead guided tours for groups and individual clients, provide engaging historical and cultural insights, ensure high-quality customer service, and support the smooth execution of each tour. This role is ideal for a student passionate about culture and tourism who is seeking a part-time opportunity.QualificationsCurrently enrolled as a student in a university or educational institution (preferably in Tourism, History, Foreign Languages, Cultural Studies, or related fields)Fluency in EnglishAdditional languages (e.g., French, German, or Spanish) is beneficialKnowledge of Romanian history and cultural heritageExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clientsExperience with Sales or promoting additional services during tours is an advantageTime management skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic schedules
