Specifically:Regulate flow of vehicle maintenance/repair/service work through department to ensure timely completionPrioritize and dispatch work for the shopSchedule shop work to ensure efficiencyMaintain shop capacity, efficiency and productivityAssign work to Technicians based on availability and skill setMonitor vehicle repair progressReview repair orders completed by Technicians to ensure completion of assigned workEnsure warranty time allotments on repair orders are accurate for warranty repairs; prepare and reconcile warranty claims/invoicesCommunicate completion times and promises with Service AdvisorsAbout You….Ideal candidates will have a:three (3) proven experience scheduling work in an automotive maintenance facility/dealershipsound vehicle mechanical knowledgefamiliarity with automotive terminology and manufacturer warranties and procedures preferredsolid understanding of and proven experience with workflow and planningproficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK), and Microsoft Office software (ie.
