Primary Job AccountabilitiesProject Management: Translates business requirements into functional specifications in collaboration with design and technical resources to provide insight during solution development.
Develop project plan, including the definition of goals, schedules, scope, objectives, and deliverables. Allocates and manages resources (human, financial, suppliers, material) effectively. Develops and maintains project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines. Creates and manages budget, tracks expenses, and ensures projects stay within budget. Accountable for the coordination with IT resources management, and Accounting for Capital Projects as well as small maintenance requests, assuring all efforts assigned to the projects are aligned to the Business Strategy and priorities. Responsible for project documentation i. e. , minutes, charter etc.
Manages the Capital Projects budget. Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Reports and escalates issues to management as needed. Manages the relationship with stakeholders and team members. Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates potential risks that could impact the project. Adheres to PM methodology guaranteeing compliance with internal controls (internal audit, risk assessment, compliance) and external regulating entities. Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and expectations. Identifies and resolves issues and challenges that rise during the project’s lifecycle. Maintains accurate and updated documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Facilities Management:
Manages facilities emergencies and day-to-day issues in conjunction with the building administrator and TCPR Management when required. Oversees equipment maintenance with suppliers. Acts as the primary facility point of contact to ensure that the office is in good condition, equipment works effectively and facilitates and/or conducts planned preventative maintenance. Works in liaison with the Information Technology team for IT-related initiatives. Knowledge And SkillsEducationRequired: Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS): Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related fieldPreferred: Advanced Degree. Specify: Master’s in Business AdministrationExperienceRequired: 5-10 years of relevant/progressive work experience (similar field and/or industry)Required:
Licenses, Certifications & Specialized SkillsProject management knowledge, experience including Agile and Waterfall methodology. Works effectively with cross-functional teams and builds strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities. Manages and resolves conflicts that may arise within the project team. Strong verbal and written English and Spanish skills. Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Proficient in the following tools: MS Project Online, Visio, Jira, among others. PMP Certification. Change management knowledge and experience. Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities.
Focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous improvement. Preferred: Knowledge and experience in the Banking industry. Change Management Certification.
