Job Description:1. Responsible for guiding, supervising, coordinating, and developing AI projects, products, or services in the banking sector, with a focus on Computer Vision Technology.2. Key Responsibilities:Participate in the development and implementation of strategic directions for AI – Computer Vision projects.Create detailed plans and manage the development and application of AI projects.Supervise and support the development team in designing and deploying AI solutions, ensuring the highest quality and performance.Collaborate closely with relevant departments (within the AI Center such as NLP, Chatbot, R&D, etc., and other units) to ensure seamless coordination and optimal resource utilization.Stay updated and research the latest AI technologies for practical application in ongoing projects.Ensure the quality and performance of AI projects through regular testing and evaluations.Identify and assess risks during project implementation.Job Requirement:1. Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.2. Experience:At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML or technology project management, especially in the field of Computer Vision.Experience in team leadership or managing complex AI-related projects is a strong advantage.3. Technical Expertise:In-depth understanding of AI/ML and Computer Vision technologiesFamiliarity with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.Proficiency in data management and governance4. Management Skills:Strong skills in planning, organizing, and task managementDecision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management capabilitiesAbility to inspire and motivate team members5.
