Your mission is to ensure that every shipment moves smoothly, proactively monitor loads in transit, and provide real-time updates that keep the entire team informed and confident in our service.Some of your responsibilities are, but are not limited to:Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining accurate status updates in our systems (load boards, portals, and TMS).Monitor driver progress to confirm they are on schedule and adhering to planned routes and delivery timelines.Communicate in real time with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams to provide consistent, accurate updates on load movements.Anticipate and resolve issues such as delays, missed appointments, or weather-related disruptions, escalating concerns promptly to the operations or dispatch team.Maintain detailed documentation within the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all records.Collaborate across departments (Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth logistics workflows and a high level of customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for improvement in tracking processes and recommend operational or technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.Minimum requirementsStudies: International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related.Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred (Track & Trace, Dispatch, or Operations background a plus).Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.Perks:Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. following the American Calendar.
