Equipped with the technology, infrastructure, and partners running on one integrated system, Locad is on a mission to propel every business forwardWhy Choose Locad?Annual Performance Bonus25 Days of Paid Time OffHealth Maintenance Organisation (HMO) Coverage from Day OneProvided MacBook for Enhanced ProductivityAnnual Learning & Development Budget for Professional GrowthWhat you'll focus onProject Management:Lead the overall Trade Services operations across the APAC region — covering Product Registration, Marketplace Registration, Importer/Exporter of Record (IOR/SOR), and Freight.Establish, document, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each function within the Trade department.Create and maintain an organized database of prospective clients, ensuring information is up to date and effectively used for outreach and conversion.Collaborate closely with internal teams on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining both short- and long-term business development roadmaps.Oversee partner vendor management for each country, ensuring smooth coordination and maintaining a performance scorecard per vendor.Facilitate brand onboarding by moving signed brands and filtered leads to Go-Live, coordinating with the Supply Team and building new vendor partnerships where needed.Manage financial accuracy by working with the Finance team to verify buying/selling rates, billings, and receivables per brand.Ensure a positive P&L for the Trade Department through effective cost control and revenue management.Commercial:Generate leads, schedule appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers via in-person meetings, calls, emails, and other channels.Support the customer development strategy by acquiring new accounts and expanding contracts with existing ones, targeting customers aligned with the strategic direction defined by the CEO.Collaborate with the Commercial team to filter and qualify leads, and review proposals prepared by Business Development Executives/Managers (BDE/Ms).Conduct sales demos alongside BDE/Ms for specific markets requiring support.Maintain uniform pitch decks and rate cards for multi-market commercial offers.Meet regularly with BDE/Ms across markets to share updates and align on current brand stages and opportunities.What you bringMinimum 3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or cross-border trade, with proven exposure to sales and business development.Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Background in cross-border operations and freight forwarding is a strong plus.Highly analytical, solution-oriented, and demonstrates a “Can Do” attitude.Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.How to Apply:The best way to apply is to follow the link to our website. if you don't have a CV, a LinkedIn profile will do.Every application will receive a response.
