The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing business development, and driving growth in the assigned country. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring market compliance, and leading the local team to achieve organizational goals.QualificationsBusiness development, strategic planning, and market analysis skillsExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsStrong financial analysis, investment management, and project funding skillsExperience with AI-driven and technology-focused solutionsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plusExperience in the financial engineering or fintech industry is beneficialPreferably with experience as a Trade Finance/Banking Consultant or at least 2-year in trading business. Commodity traders, importers, exporter and business owners are also welcome.Familiarity with banking instruments such as Letters of Credit, SBLC, and other relevant financial tools
