Trade Marketing Category Unit Manager

What is the Main Aim of This Position?In line with Eti's sales, channel, category and brand strategies, to develop highly efficient, innovative trade marketing activity proposals in order for all channels to reach market share, sales and profitability goals, to ensure the actualization of these proposals and evaluate the results in coordination with the channel management teams.What Do We Expect from You?To develop, follow-up and present trade marketing activity and implementation proposals in accordance with market analysis,To make analysis in order to increase sales and profitability in the channels and to take actions that will provide input to the annual expenditure budget,To review monthly activity plans with the field/customer teams,To develop special activity setups for the region/city or customer,To determine the activity/promotion plans of existing and new products in all channels in coordination with channel teams and marketing teams,To conduct regular online field visits, review developed implementations and determine opportunities,To participate in projects related to the improvement and development of business processes.Why You?If you have a bachelor’s degree in Economic and Administrative Sciences or Engineering,If you have an excellent command of English,If you have experience/knowledge in sales, trade marketing and channel management in FMCG sector,If you have an advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,If you have minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.What Brings You at the Front?Being innovative, analytic and result-oriented,Having strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills,Being mobile,Being able to reside in Istanbul.
