Job Description

1. Job ObjectiveSupport the Trade Marketing team in planning and executing GT Off Channel activities to ensure smooth operations, excellent execution in-market, and alignment with business objectives.2. Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Marketing Operation & ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns for GT Off Channel.Coordinate with regional sales teams and distributors to ensure effective and timely rollout of programs.Manage program logistics, documentation, and communication flow to ensure smooth implementation.Track execution status and consolidate reports from the field to evaluate performance and compliance.Budget & Planning SupportAssist in preparing program budgets, payment requests, and post-program reconciliations.Ensure proper tracking and cost efficiency of trade marketing spending.Maintain program trackers, timelines, and documentation to support annual and quarterly planning cycles.Data & Performance TrackingSupport data collection and analysis for trade program performance.Consolidate sales and execution data to provide insights for optimization and reporting.Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market updates with the team.Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure all trade marketing activities are aligned and well-executed.Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.3. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or operations, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.Good analytical and reporting ability.Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.4.
