As a Trade Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Trade Marketing department for Expansion Markets, supporting our remote team and partners across +30 countries with different scopes and routes to market as well as our global Travel and Retail team. If you're passionate about driving growth, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you! Outstanding interns will be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.What will you do during the internship?Day-to-Day Trade Support: provide operational support to our commercial team and partners, overseeing gameplans execution, visual designs, and coordination of material orders and deliveries Plan Development Support: assist in the development of marketing and trade marketing plans for developing markets, gaining insights into localized strategies for growth Project Management: oversee and contribute to trade marketing activities, showcasing your organizational skills and adaptability Performance Analysis: analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), exploring the effectiveness of marketing and trade marketing strategies Team Collaboration: foster a collaborative environment by providing support and maintaining weekly alignment with external partners as well as our sales and marketing teams Internship duration:6 Months, starting in September - OctoberCompensation:Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship)Learning opportunities:70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses.
