Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Trade Marketing Manager will drive trade marketing strategies, execute market plans, and manage business planning to support product distribution and sales. The role will require close collaboration with sales teams to analyze data, ensure compliance with market trends, and optimize trade marketing operations. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate insights for sustained growth. Qualifications Experience in Market Planning and Trade Marketing to develop and execute effective campaignsStrong background in Business Planning to define objectives and align resourcesAnalytical Skills for interpreting market data, assessing performance, and identifying opportunitiesUnderstanding of Sales principles and practices to coordinate with sales teams and drive resultsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in data interpretation tools and trade marketing software is a plus
